Price Increase for Mowital® PVB resin

Kuraray announced today it will increase the prices of Mowital® PVB resin globally for shipments on or after October 1st, 2022. The price revision is due to the cost increases in raw materials, packaging, transportation, logistics, and energy.

2.Price Increase Low viscosity grades: B 14 S, B 16 H, B 20 H, BA 20 S
Region Price Increase
Japan ¥ 180/kg or more
Asia Pacific US$ 1,400/ton or more
North & South America US$ 1,400/ton or more
Middle East & Africa US$ 1,400/ton or more
Europe EUR 1,400/ton or more
All other grades
Region Price Increase
Japan ¥ 140/kg or more
Asia Pacific US$ 1,000/ton or more
