The Kuraray Group Countermeasure Team was established on January 24 to address the spread of the new coronavirus.

① Prohibition against Business Travel to Mainland China (This prohibition, both here and in subsequent references, excludes Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.)
As a general rule, business travel to mainland China is prohibited for Group employees, excluding employees of Group companies in mainland China.
② Prohibition against Overseas Business Travel from Mainland China

3.Measures for the Operations and Employees of Group Companies in China

Although the Kuraray Group has 13 Group companies in mainland China, mainly in Shanghai, it does not have any locations in the city of Wuhan in Hubei province. Each Group company plans to begin operations in line with the policies of the central government and regional governments and will continue to take measures to ensure the safety of their employees.
