Kuraray has decided to cease production of the products listed below, which are produced in Kuraray's Niigata Plant, by the end of March 2008. These products have become unprofitable due to remarkable rises of raw material prices and the tough international competition. The company will continue the sales of these products with its stock for a while.

Note:
In principle, the workforce engaged in the production of the above products will be reallocated within the Kuraray Group.
