MAGILOCK™ is a molded plastic hook fastener that first went into production in December 1989 at Kuraray’s Kurashiki Plant. Today, this business is conducted by Kuraray Fastening Co., Ltd. The arrowhead shape of the hook portion creates strong holding power, and MAGILOCK™ is freely selectable in an array of materials and thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm. With an assortment of varieties available, from an ultra-soft type to a high-strength type, it is useful in a wide range of fields.

Characteristics
This product is a new type of fastening material with at least three times the adhesive strength of previous hook-and-loop fasteners. It is used in construction, civil engineering, automotive, and other industrial material areas where there are relatively few opportunities for removing and installing components.
