VECSTAR^TM liquid crystal polymer film is thin but firm and resists spring back, you can process it into origami like shapes.
For example, when VECSTAR^TM is applied to products such as smart phones and smart keys for cars, where parts are to be placed in a small space, it is easy to maintain the desired three dimensional shape, which facilitates assembly.
Also, when VECSTAR^TM is applied to insulating film for motors, its shape retention property facilitates insertion into motor slots, ontributing to shorter takt time.
