Please be advised that, pursuant to the resolution of the agenda concerning the issue of Stock Acquisition Rights as stock options at the 121st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 27, 2002 and the resolution on the issue of Stock Acquisition Rights at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on August 27, 2002, the amount to be paid in upon exercise of Stock Acquisition Rights has been determined as follows

1.Amount to be paid in upon exercise of Stock Acquisition Rights

412,500 yen per one unit of the Stock Acquisition Right
(825 yen per one share. The number of shares to be issued upon exercise of one unit of Stock Acquisition Right shall be 500.)
